Central is looking for a Visual Designer
(min. 3 months contract)

Central Design is looking for a talented Junior Web Designer to help craft an engaging and efficient experience they are designing for their client. You will work closely with their interdisciplinary team of UX designers, copywriters and interface developers to deliver a successful product.

You must have a strong portfolio in visual and interface design that focuses on user-centered websites, applications and mobile.

- Duration: 3-4 months full-time (4 days / week)
- Status: Fixed-term contract or freelance on-site
- Rate: Based on experience
- Location: Brussels, BE

You may be who they are looking for if…
- You have strong skills in web typography, layout and design of interface elements;
- You are familiar with web standards and best practices for mobile, tablet and desktop design;
- You are able to design both mock-ups and fine-tune results directly in the code;
- You have strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, usability, accessibility and perhaps Sketch;
- You have experience in animating user interface;
- You have insane attention to detail, delivering extremely polished work;
- You know the capacities and limitations of web development;
- You speak French, as well as read and write technical English;
- You have an open and easy going personality;
- You like to keep it simple;

Brownie points if you have experience in…
- Illustration, Photography, Visual identity
- Agile methodology
- Project management
