Miss Foxykillah

I'm a former jazz-singer of the Lemmensinstituut, Leuven; and Jazzstudio, Antwerp. At age of fourteen I was a leadsinger of a gospel choir counting more than sixty crazy teens. I used to be active in bands involved in genres like Hip Hop, Motown, Gospel, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Electro, Funk and Rock. I've recorded, performed and toured for small intimate as well as big audiences up to 3000 people singing my vocal chords out as a lead/backing vocalist. Using the stage as an escape of everyday life. I have a true love for the arts, making it hard to just put aside. Though music is the passion running through my veins. Expression is what the arts is about and this fact is the thing I love the most. Allowing you to perceive a sence of freedom, letting your mind drift away discovering new interpretations. Music has to be part of my everyday life to in order to keep a clear mind. In the past I organized several sweet funkin' parties and jamms for the entertainment of my friends and my own. In the past I have worked with The Next Generation, a blues band in the style of New Orleans. Currently I'm doing gigs with Buscemi ft. Squadra Bossa. I'm interested in studio-, dj- and band projects of different genres. I'm an open mind and easy to work with as I like to try something before rejecting.
