-Very good english speaking

-Good knowledge about business tricks and tips and ability to forsee the bad traps

-Ability to understand and manage the artist in doubtful periods and depression times

-Be able to organize a timeschedule, professional contacts and find contracts

-Be convinced that art is an answer to social violence and unfairfulness of the world and that it is through it that we can make of the world a better place

-Be able to become my best friend

-Be determined and unbeatable even during life failures and doubts.
