    Scarlett O'Hanna

    Scarlett O’Hanna is een naar Brussel uitgeweken Parisienne. Van genres trekt deze mademoiselle zich geen bal aan, “Genre yourself.” klinkt het. Haar eclectische sound schiet alle kanten uit. De ene song is minimalistisch en breekbaar, alsof James Blake plots een vrouw is geworden, de andere song swingt dan weer de pan uit.

    A year plus on after the release of their debut LP, Sweden’s Holograms have returned with their second full length, Forever. After a year and a half of touring, losing their jobs, parts of their sanity and returning home only with the hope that their hard work will eventually pay off, they embarked on a new record drawing from the experiences that had simultaneously excited and exhausted the members. Visceral, noisy spin on post-punk, hailing from Ghent, Rape Blossoms play a loop-heavy, discordant brand of punk that that should hit the spot for fans of both Bauhaus and Iceage.
