Interior Designer Project Manager (CDD ou Freelance)

The mission

The work includes the design of their new work environment and to co-ordinate the works for Partitions, Flooring, Custom Built, AV, Office Furniture, Data and Electrical cabling, HVAC, Signage, Decoration.
The ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record of completed projects that have been managed by them and cover the above scope of works

The profile

The candidate should have at least 3-4 years experience in the office design field and also have experience in the execution of projects on site.
The person will be responsible for designing their projects, in association with the sales team, establishing bills of quantities, budgets and planning.
He will be required to issue technical drawings for the custom built furniture and issue electrical plans and lighting plans.
He will be responsible for ensuring the project is executed in line with the contracts and timeline.
He is responsible for presenting the project to the client.

Expected skills are :
- He must present well and also be capable of presenting their project
- Creative in design
- Technically competent
- Knowledge of Autocad/Vectorworks
- At home with budgeting for projects
- Well organized
- Commercially astute
- Bi-Lingual NL/EN option FR
