Job description:
As the Manager Digital and e-commerce marketing, through a multi-disciplinary team, you will lead all digital strategy and ROI driven marketing campaigns.
Your responsabilities:
Strategy and Organization:
* Translate DLL Marketing vision and DLL e-com strategy
* Roll it out onto your team by giving clear objectives and priorities taking into account midterm considerations
* Lead the project to centralize all DLL digital assets onto one strategic platform (Hybris)
* You become the guardian of the customer via the online channels
* Identify and provide proactively input on technical, functional or trend changes/risks/opportunities related to his sector and act on it
* Promote and support the strategy to all relevant people within the company
* Lead and manage team governance process for any new developments
* Manage business plan targets (Prioritize, challenge and approve Capex and Opex budgets)
* Coach, delegate to and challenge dedicated teams
* Design efficient communication bridges with department support such as IT, Logistics, Purchase, Logistics, Legal, 3rd parties, …
* Lead a team of digital specialists

Commercial and customer retention/acquisition strategy:
* Translate DLL commercial plan into a coherent digital & e-Commerce strategy
* Give priority to the actions/projects/activations that's will deliver an improved customer experience
* Define retention, acquisition and awareness strategy online e.g. SEO, SEA, remarketing, youtube, …
* Implement, together with the CRM department, an e-mail and desktop loyalty lifecycle
* Develop online/offline campaigns to generate targeted traffic for online channels

SEO and web content:
* Define and implement SEO and content marketing strategy
* Define, together with the Brand Content department, the long term content strategy
* Follow up content management and define lay-out and animation of the website
* Organize process in order to ensure correct data quality on website
* Define rules for cross-selling activities on website

E-CRM and graphic design:
* Define, together with CRM department, a targeted, segmented and personalized communication process and strategy
* Ensure Delhaize “Tone of voice” and “Look and Feel” from Marketing department recommendation

Supplier contributions:
* Define and put in place process in order to negotiate marketing support money from rebates e.g. for banners on the website or tailored promo / marketing
* Define and monitor financial targets regarding vendors funding

Desired Skills and Experience:
Your profile:
-You have a master degree.
-You have a strong knowledge of the web analytics tool Google Analytics and Omniture and also of CMS Systems such as Compario, Sitecore, Hybris,…
-You obtain a good understanding of e-mail platforms e-mailvision and addemar.
-You have a deep knowledge of e-commerce terminology.
-You understand HTML and website languages.
-You have strong skills in Outlook, MS Office,…
-You are Marketing and customer oriented.
-You are trilingual French, Dutch, English.
