Central is looking for a UX Designer
(min. 3 month contract)

Central Design is looking for a skilled UX Designer and Information Architect to help them craft an engaging and efficient experience they're designing for a client's new services. You will work closely with the client's stakeholders and customers to deliver successful products in collaboration with their interdisciplinary team of visual designers, copywriters and interface developers.

You must have a strong portfolio in user experience strategy and information design that focuses on user-centered websites, applications and mobile.

-Duration: 3-4 months full-time (4 days / week)
-Status: Fixed-term contract or freelance on-site
-Rate: Based on experience
-Location: Brussels, BE

You may be who they are looking for if…
-You have experience in human centered design, from research to testing;
-You can envision a product from all perspectives, from high level right down to the details;
-You can drive workshops with clients through our collaborative creative process;
-You can create scenarios, personas, user journeys, dynamic wireframes and infographics to enable communication and engage collaboration on your work;
-You can (manipulate/operate) basic HTML/CSS/Bootstrap (or equivalent frameworks) to prototype products;
-You are familiar with best practices for designing across mobile, tablets, desktop and have a strong understanding of usability. You can learn new UX concepts/techniques when needed;
-You can manage and act within a team, including taking ownership of project deadlines and deliverables;
-You speak French, read and write technical English, and communicate with clarity and style;
-You have an insane attention to detail, delivering extremely polished, client-ready work;
-You have an open and easy-going personality;
-You like to keep it simple.
